Our Story

Founded by a group of passionate Italian chefs and food enthusiasts, PastaMakingClass.com was born from a simple belief: authentic Italian pasta-making is an art form that deserves to be shared, celebrated, and preserved for future generations.

What started as small cooking classes in a Roman kitchen has grown into a network of experiences across Italy’s most iconic cities. We partner with local chefs who have inherited their recipes and techniques from generations of Italian nonnas, ensuring every class delivers genuine cultural immersion.

Today, we’ve taught over 50,000 students from 80+ countries, but our mission remains unchanged: to create unforgettable culinary experiences that connect people to Italy’s rich food heritage through the universal language of pasta.

We carefully select chefs who can teach in English while maintaining the authentic Italian spirit, ensuring you understand both the “how” and the “why” behind every technique.

Small Group Experiences

We limit our classes to maximum 12 students, ensuring everyone receives personalized attention and hands-on practice. This intimate setting allows for meaningful interactions with your chef instructor and fellow food enthusiasts from around the world.

You’ll work at your own station with all necessary ingredients and tools, getting plenty of practice time to master each technique before moving to the next step.

We source only the finest authentic Italian ingredients for our classes. From DOP-certified Pecorino Romano to artisanal guanciale from local producers, every ingredient meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
