Founded by a group of passionate Italian chefs and food enthusiasts, PastaMakingClass.com was born from a simple belief: authentic Italian pasta-making is an art form that deserves to be shared, celebrated, and preserved for future generations.
What started as small cooking classes in a Roman kitchen has grown into a network of experiences across Italy’s most iconic cities.
